Downloading and installing the application
The app can be downloaded for different operating systems. Please scan the QR code.

After installation, open the app. To register for a course, you must first create an account.
Account creation
Click on the ‘Account’ icon, then on ‘Create an account’. You will then be asked to provide a first name, surname, email address and password. Keep this login information (email address and password) in a safe place, as you will need it each time you log in to the application. A confirmation link will then be sent to this email address. Please also check your spam folder. You must confirm the link within 5 minutes. You will then be redirected to the ‘Dashboard’.
In the next step, you will be asked to enter your personal details. Please note that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. The ‘National Insurance number’ field must be completed with the last 5 digits (your date of birth is entered here). Once the data has been saved, you can use the application.
How do I register for a course?
Under the heading ‘Dashboard’ you will find all the courses on offer. By selecting the “Info” button, you can see details about the course. With the ‘Add to shopping cart’ button, the course is transferred to your cart. To pay for the course, click on the ‘Go to shopping cart’ button; to return to the dashboard, select the arrow at the top left.
You can then register for other courses. When you are finished, click on the ‘Shopping cart’ button (top right) and the cart will open. You can now pay for the courses using your credit card.
How do I add an additional person to my account?
You have created an account in the application and now wish to add an additional person to your account.
It’s very simple. Under the ‘Account’ menu –> ‘Your membership’, you can add a new member using the + sign. To book a class, simply make sure you are logged into the correct account. The booked class will be added to that account’s basket and paid for from that account.
