Water aerobics is a comprehensive, joint-friendly workout in water that uses buoyancy and resistance to strengthen muscles, improve endurance and promote flexibility. Buoyancy reduces body weight and decreases stress on joints, tendons and the back, while water resistance intensifies the exercises.

Fascia training

Fascia training is a special method in which the connective tissue (fascia) is worked on through dynamic stretching, jumping and rolling movements in order to release tension, improve mobility and promote blood circulation. It aims to release adhesions in the fascia network caused by stress, lack of exercise or injuries, thereby improving body awareness and performance.

Mobility and flexibility

Mobility and flexibility are both important for the range of motion of the body, but they are not the same thing: flexibility refers to the ability of muscles to stretch, while mobility describes the ability to actively and controllably move the joints through their full range of motion. Although flexibility is a prerequisite for mobility, the latter also requires strength and coordination in order to actively and controllably utilise this degree of stretch.
