Mothers, fathers and babies

For children aged 2 to 4 accompanied by an adult.
This course focuses on play and the development of gross motor skills, balance and coordination through playful activities. Activities include crawling through a tunnel, jumping on a suitable trampoline, walking on a beam or ball, and climbing over small obstacles. These exercises stimulate the child’s physical, sensory and cognitive abilities while promoting socialisation.

Pre-school

Gymnastics for children aged 4 to 5 focuses on play and the development of gross motor skills through playful activities. Classes include motor skills courses with mats, beams and trampolines, as well as coordination exercises such as running, jumping, rolling and throwing balls. The aim is to develop the body, balance and spatial awareness in a playful and informal way.

“Minis”

This age group is aimed at children aged 5 to 8 who want to start gymnastics. They learn the basics of gymnastics and are playfully prepared for their future sporting careers. They also already take part in national competitions to a certain extent.

The number and schedule of training sessions depend on the different categories:

  • Beginners: Children develop their basic motor skills, especially their coordination, balance, stability and aesthetic sense.
  • Intermediate: Children continue to work on their basic gymnastic skills and movements in order to acquire a solid foundation for more technically demanding movements. This is also when they develop self-confidence and become aware of their potential and individual abilities.
  • Advanced: Having brought their basic skills up to an appropriate level, gymnasts are now ready to take the next step and acquire more advanced skills that match their individual abilities.
  • Artistic gymnastics: This training is mainly based on a structured and well-organised programme aimed at developing artistic gymnastics to a high level.

“Espoirs”

This age group is aimed at girls and boys aged 9 to 13.
The focus is on competitive sport, in which gymnasts can compete against each other on the following apparatus:

  • Girls: floor, uneven bars, vault and balance beam
  • Boys: floor, pommel horse, rings, parallel bars, vault and high bar

Thanks to structured training, they not only learn new elements, but also train their strength, coordination, flexibility and endurance.

“Adultes”

This section offers gymnasts aged 14 and above the opportunity to prepare for various competitions. As in the other sections, a structured training programme guarantees continuous progress on the various apparatus.
